Questions about billing
How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 7 days of everything in Pro, starting the moment you sign up. No card is required to start. Near the end of the trial you will see a countdown in the app; subscribe when you are ready.
What happens when the trial ends and I have not subscribed?
Nothing is deleted. You can keep reading your lessons, dashboards and recordings, and export your data. Anything that costs us money to run (AI grading, speaking evaluations, generating new content) pauses until you subscribe, and then resumes exactly where you left off.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing in two clicks. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing renews after that. You can also switch between monthly and yearly from the same place.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are handled by Stripe. Major credit and debit cards are accepted everywhere; depending on your country, Stripe may also offer local methods and wallets at checkout. We never see or store your card number.
Where do I find my invoices?
Settings → Billing opens your Stripe customer portal, where every invoice and receipt is available to download. You can also update your card and billing details there.
Is the price in Mexican pesos? What about taxes?
Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN): $249 MXN a month or $1,990 MXN a year (about 33% less). Cards from any country work; your bank converts the amount. Where IVA or another tax applies, Stripe adds it at checkout and it appears on your invoice.
